As we all know, the first thing most of us do when we get online is check to see if we have any new messages. This is just the habit we have gotten into. We feel the need to look and see if someone has sent us something interesting or if we have any new and exciting news. However, what we do not realize is when we are checking our email. The peak time for email checking is at 7 am according to most people. This would indicate we are checking our email before we get breakfast or even have a cup of coffee. However, there is another trend some may see. That is checking email in the middle of the night when we can’t sleep or right after sex. Apparently there is never a bad time to check your messages.
